Anti CTLA-4 and anti PD-1 in a sarcoma model regulated a subset of genes in CD8 tumor-specific infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) (especially Granzyme B, IFN-γ, and TNF-α that are known to cause acute rejection), whose enhanced expression is similar to that observed in CD8 T cells from mice during acute secondary viral infection. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is neoplasm.
