As cDNA overexpression of AKT3 and siRNA knockdown of AKT3 showed opposite effects on phospho-AKT S473, phospho-AKT T308, B-Raf, TSC1 and TSC2, these proteins may play essential roles in the proliferation regulation of AKT3 in prostate cancer cells. Here, TSC2 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
