Furthermore, migration assays (P < 0.05; Figure 5B-5C, Supplementary Figure 5A), invasion assays (P < 0.05; Figure 5D–5E, Supplementary Figure 5B), wound healing assays (P < 0.05; Figure 5F–5G), and MTT assays (P < 0.05; Figure 5H, Supplementary Figure 5C) showed that the exogenous expression of SOX9 rescued the phenotype induced by overexpression of miR-494 in chondrosarcoma cells.
