PcDNA3.1-vector cells showed about 3.61±0.37-fold and 1.64±0.19-fold penetration rate through the matrigel-coated membrane compared with PcDNA3.1-ANO9 in LoVo and HCT116 cells, respectively (Figure 4), which indicated that ANO9 reduced the invasion ability of tumor cells.
