Here, we demonstrate that ANXA1 expression in DU145R80 PCa cells correlates with several genes involved in the acquisition/maintenance of a CSCs phenotype and/or drug resistance such as NANOG [50], ALDH1A7 [54], STAT3 [99–102], ERK [61–63], ABCG2 [64] and LRP [65]. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and posterior cortical atrophy.
