KIM-1 levels increased 3.2-fold (from 0.64 ± 0.67 ng/ml to 1.84 ± 1.75 ng/ml) in the AKI group, whereas in the control group the KIM-1 levels increased 2-fold (from 0.54 ± 0.42 ng/ml to 1.09 ± 1.14 ng/ml). Here, HAVCR1 is linked to acute kidney injury.
