When normalized to 18S rRNA, ROR2 mRNA expression level was significantly higher in NSCLC tissues (n = 20) compared with matched non-cancerous tissues (n = 20) (0.75 ± 0.10 vs 0.5 ± 0.07, P = 0.0381), and significantly elevated Wnt5a mRNA expression level in NSCLC was also found (0.99 ± 0.12 vs 0.47 ± 0.06, P = 0.0003) (Figure 1). Here, ROR2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
