PGR and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Factors that increase the risk of a recurrence include young age[2], lymph node metastasis[3], high histology grade[4], microcalcifications on mammography[5], high nuclear grade, high mitotic count, high Ki-67 proliferative index[6], absence of hormone receptors (estrogen or progesterone receptors) [7], certain molecular subtypes(a five-biomarker panel:estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, HER-2, CK5/6, and epidermal growth factor receptor)[8] and the lack of adjuvant therapy[9].
