We tested whether there were significant associations between the elevations of each antibody isotype (IgG, IgA, and IgM) of the brain proteins (MBP, MOG, S100B, and human aquaporin) with the corresponding antibody isotype of the food proteins (soy, corn, tomato, and spinach aquaporins) in RRMS patients. This evidence concerns the gene S100B and relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
