In CHF cardiomyocytes, the Bmax for FITC‐LPS and OG‐HSP60 significantly increased to 1121 ± 56.3 and 6748 ± 774.2 respectively (both P < 0.01 versus sham), whereas the KD remained unchanged (1.2 ± 0.2 and 4.5 ± 1.0 μg/l, both P > 0.05 versus sham). The gene discussed is HSPD1; the disease is congestive heart failure.
