TCF7L2 and lung cancer: Wnt/TCF pathway activation was clarified closely associated with the tumorogenesis, development and metastasis of lung cancer, and the metastatic capacity of lung adenocarcinoma cells could be suppressed by treatment with dominant negative mutants of TCF7 and TCF7L2, which suggested that the negative isoforms of TCF7 and TCF7L2 might be potential therapies for lung cancer [88].
