Therefore, in order to address this issue, we measured relative quantities of seven selected molecular markers associated with rejection or tolerance (CD247, GZMB, PRF1, MAN1A1, TLR5, FOXP3 and TCAIM) and numbers of lymphocyte subpopulations (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, NK, CD4+FOXP3+) in the peripheral blood of kidney transplant recipients treated with rATG, basiliximab or no-induction. This evidence concerns the gene TCAIM and kidney transplant.
