Based on the expression of therapeutic markers, breast cancers are divided into three groups including estrogen receptor (ER) and/or progesterone receptor (PR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that is lack of the expression of ER, PR and HER22. Here, ERBB2 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
