To examine PLEKHA7 expression in breast cancers, we carried out immunohistochemical localization of PLEKHA7 in paraffin sections of normal breast tissue, ductal carcinomas of increasing grade (G1, G2, G3), including those with micropapillary patterns, and lobular carcinomas, using the monoclonal antibody 37-8F1. Here, PLEKHA7 is linked to breast ductal adenocarcinoma.
