Similar results were also observed in other human malignancies, such as oesophageal, breast, lung, colorectal, bladder, ovarian, prostate cancers and others10, 14, 22, 23, 24, 31, 32, in which overexpression of EZH2 was often observed in more aggressive tumor subgroups and has diagnostic value. Here, EZH2 is linked to prostate cancer.
