EZH2 and neoplasm: Further correlation analyses demonstrated that high expression of EZH2 in osteosarcoma was positively correlated with an ascending histopathological grade, advanced clinical stage and distant tumor metastasis, suggesting that abnormal upregulated of EZH2 expression in osteosarcoma may facilitate the increased malignant phenotype of osteosarcoma and be a potential molecular biomarker for tumor prognosis.
