YAP1 was found elevated in many cancers, such as gastric cancer [17,19,47], ovarian cancer [5,16,32], esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [23,31], cervical carcinoma [21], urothelial carcinoma of the bladder [20], non-small-cell lung cancer [28] et al. The prognostic indicator role of YAP1 expression in patients with various cancers has been analyzed in the previous studies. This evidence concerns the gene YAP1 and cervical carcinoma.
