Out of all 33 cancer samples, IQGAP1 and β-catenin were overexpressed (strong expression) (Fig 2D and 2H) in 36.36% and 33.33% HCTs, averagely with immunoreactivity scoring over 10 (Table 1), which was far more than either the overexpression level or the percentage compared with the PLTs (p<0.05). Here, IQGAP1 is linked to cancer.
