We also showed that overexpression of CTHRC1 was positively correlated with tumor invasion, regional lymph node metastasis, disease progression, and patients’ outcome (S2 Fig), while LXN overexpression was negatively associated with lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation, and disease stage (S3 Table), indicating oncogenic role of CTHRC1 and suppressive role of LXN in GC. This evidence concerns the gene CTHRC1 and gastric cancer.
