The osteosarcoma patients included in the DBC1-positive group showed an 8.639-fold (95% CI; 1.940–38.469, p = 0.005) greater risk of death and a 6.657-fold (95% CI; 1.875–23.629, p = 0.003) greater risk of relapse or death compared with the DBC1-negative group. This evidence concerns the gene CCAR2 and osteosarcoma.
