The most common aberration among all salivary gland tumors was in the TP53 gene (36/117 patients [30.8%]), followed by anomalies in the cyclin pathway (CCND1, CDK4/6 or CDKN2A/B) (observed in 26.5% [31/117] of all salivary gland tumors).
