PRKN and squamous cell lung carcinoma: Inactivating mutations and deletions of PARK2 have been found in lung cancer [18] and overexpression of PARK15 was also detected in lung squamous cell carcinoma [21]; however, more than half (64.91 %) of the patients showed the overexpression of PARK2, and there was only 48.25 % PARK15-overexpression patients in this study.
