To explore the role of FSH in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis, we conducted a cross-sectional study of 248 healthy postmenopausal Chinese women aged over 50 y to measure their serum FSH, luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen (E2) and bone mineral density (BMD). This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and postmenopausal osteoporosis.
