To further investigate the immune mechanisms implicated in FasL-mediated B16F10 melanoma slower growth in vivo, 3 × 105 B16F10 cells were pretreated or not with 1 μM H1152 for 24 h then subcutaneously injected into the flank of IFN-γ-KO C57BL/6 mice and NMRI nude immunosuppressed mice.
