MUC16 and neoplasm: When comparing tumours from chemo-treated (n=7) to chemo-naive (n=16) patients, the percentage of CA125-negative cells increased twofold (median 46.2% (n=7) versus 19.3% (n=16), P=0.003 unpaired two-sided t-test; Fig. 3a and Supplementary Data 1).
