Although we have revealed proliferation enhancing effect of Pak4 on ovarian cancer [8] and detected reduced cyclin D1 expression in RL95-2 cells after Pak4 knockdown in the present study, no significant effect of Pak4 on endometrial cancer cell proliferation could be demonstrated when Pak4 was transiently silenced in RL95-2 cells in the present study. This evidence concerns the gene PAK4 and endometrial cancer.
