Specifically, adenocarcinoma of the pancreas (n = 55, GSM# 967641–1053825) and undefined cancers (n = 76, GSM# 242823–414974) expressed higher levels of DUSP28 than normal pancreatic samples (n = 61, GSM# 388101–463724) and the level of DUSP28 was also slightly higher in the ductal-adenocarcinoma samples (n = 91, GSM# 388153–811004), although the difference was not statistically significant. This evidence concerns the gene DUSP28 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
