As shown in Table 5, of the 182 patients breast cancer, the OS rate in the C1orf63 (+) group was higher than that in the C1orf63 (−) group (3-year OS rates: 83.3 % vs 76.9 %; 5-year OS rates: 73.5 % vs. 64.9 %), but no significant difference was seen between these two groups (Log Rank P = 0.145, Fig. 3a), consistent with the result of univariate Cox regression (Table 6 left). The gene discussed is RSRP1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
