We examined the differentiation of CD4+ lymphocytes by measuring the master genes, including the Tbx21 for Th1, the Rorc for Th17, Gata3 for Th2, and Foxp3 for Treg to evaluate whether hyperglycemia and endotoxemia synergistically modulate the balance between pro- and anti-inflammatory responses. The gene discussed is GATA3; the disease is serum lipopolysaccharide activity.
