Our finding suggests that a co-expression network of RP genes may be established during CML development, and the network may further connect to NPM1 through the hubs of RPL10A, RPL31 and RPL36A. The aforementioned CML-specific doublets were statistically examined using the one-sample t-test. The gene discussed is RPL10A; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
