CRP and Telangiectasia: There are three main forms of endoscopic findings in CRP: inflammation predominant form (I-CRP) (edema, mucosal pallor, and ulcer), bleeding predominant form (B-CRP) (friability, spontaneous hemorrhage, and telangiectasia), and a mixed form (with features from both I-CRP and B-CRP) (Fig. 1a–d) [15–17].
