Although high levels of LHX-2 expression were found in chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) [7] and a variety of human solid tumors, including gastrointestinal cancer, pancreatic cancer and kidney cancer [6, 8], the expression and regulation of LHX2 in NSCLC carcinogenesis has not yet been defined. The gene discussed is LHX2; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
