ZBTB7A and neoplasm: Based on our functional data in Drosophila and mammalian cells (this study; Brumby et al., 2011; Khoo et al., 2013; Turkel et al., 2013; C.P., A.B., H.R., unpublished data), we would expect the concordant expression of Bcl6 or ZBTB7A with these genes should result in tumour growth, morphology changes, differentiation blockage and invasive properties.
