Although nuclear expression of these two proteins was not significantly correlated with most prostate cancer aggressiveness parameters, there was a significant correlation between nuclear p65 and seminal vesicle involvement (r = 0.121, p = 0.048, Spearman, Table 1).Furthermore, there was a trend between nuclear RelB and patient Gleason score (r = -0.105, p = 0.081, Spearman, Table 1). Here, RELB is linked to prostate cancer.
