Based on gene-pathway network graph analysis, we found that the DE mRNAs from lncRNA-mRNA pairs, such as Cxcl9 (chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9), Cxcl10 (chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10), Cxcl11 (chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 11), Trhr (thyrotropin releasing hormone receptor), and Apoa2 (apolipoprotein A-II), might involve in toll-like receptor signaling pathway, calcium signaling pathway, and PPAR signaling pathway (Figure 8b; Table 3), which have been proven to be involved in neuropathic pain pathogenesis [32–34]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and neuropathic pain.
