As shown in Figure 2, the Kaplan–Meier survival curve of 77 patients with grade III and grade IV gliomas showed that patients with low DDX3X mRNA expression levels (n = 53) had better overall survival than those with high DDX3X mRNA expression levels (n = 24) (p = 0.0009, by log-rank test; 95% CI: 0.1893–0.6496, Ratio 0.3507). The gene discussed is DDX3X; the disease is glioma.
