Using the baseline dataset having 21 covariates for adjustment, many parameters such as baseline estimated GFR, proteinuria, serum albumin, diabetic nephropathy, phosphorus, age, use of RASi, systolic blood pressure and male were significantly associated with 30% decline in estimated GFR over 2 years (n = 126) (Table 4, Model 1).
