Twelve TAPPs (EphA2, Fosl1, GnT-V, her2/neu, HNRPL, livin, Sart-2, survivin, Ube2V, Whsc2, Wt-1, and Ykl-40) had overall trends toward being different but failed to show statistical significance because of the low number of SCLC or control lung-autopsy samples tested to date, along with the higher standard error of means within these two groups. The gene discussed is MGAT5; the disease is small cell lung carcinoma.
