On day 4, F% of L-selectin in the two treatment groups was significantly lower than that in the CTX group (P < 0.001 vs. APS group, P = 0.001 vs. G-CSF group), but significantly higher than that in the CTX group after 7 days (P < 0.001 on day 7, P < 0.001 on day 10, P < 0.001 on day 14 vs. APS group; P < 0.001 on day 7, P = 0.001 on day 10, P = 0.003 on day 14 vs. G-CSF group). This evidence concerns the gene CSF3 and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
