After APS and G-CSF administration, the proportion of peripheral blood PMNLs among total white blood cells became similar to that for the CTX group at each time point, and a significant increase was observed in the APS group on day 14 compared with other groups (P = 0.001 vs. control group, P = 0.006 vs. G-CSF group, P = 0.047 vs. CTX group). The gene discussed is CSF3; the disease is autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
