Our in vivo studies further validate our hypothesis that co-treatment of mice bearing palpable CRC xenograft with Thiostrepton and NS398 leads to regression of tumor growth via down-regulation of FoxM1, Cox-2, MMP-9, inactivation of AKT and cleavage of caspase-3 which is consistent with our in vitro findings. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and neoplasm.
