In our study, we also assessed the diagnostic value of combining two biomarkers with each other, and we found that combined staining of RIPK4 and p16INK4a had the highest diagnostic value (YI = 73.5) for distinguishing HSIL from LSIL and chronic cervicitis compared to other combinations, RIPK4 alone and p16INK4a alone. The gene discussed is CDKN2A; the disease is chronic cervicitis.
