GPT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: Patients with definite/uncertain NASH had significantly higher ALT levels (median 50.5 U/l; range 16.0–116.0 U/l; normal range: male <45 U/l, female <35 U/l) than patients without NASH (median 25.5 U/l; range 12.0–433.0 U/l; p < 0.01).
