Phospho-c-jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) was attenuated by 42.1% in 56 KDa (p < 0.001) and by 52.6% in 45 KDa (p < 0.001) subunits in MS (Fig. 3A and B), and by 57.8% (p = 0.0002) and by 32.3% (p = 0.048), respectively in T2DM (Fig. 4A and B). This evidence concerns the gene MAPK8 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
