Besides the above described antigens MBP, MOG, and PLP, myelin-associated antigen (MAG), myelin-associated oligodendrocyte basic protein (MOBP), and 2′,3′-cyclic-nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase (CNPase) have been shown to evoke T- or/and B-cell responses in patients with MS.
