In conclusion, the current study showed that tectochrysin exerts its cell growth inhibitory effects through inhibition of NF-κB and enhancement of DR expression in human colon cancer cells, and enhances sensitivity of TRAIL-resistant cancer cells, suggesting that tectochrysin can be a useful agent for the treatment of colon cancer as well as an adjuvant agent for chemo-resistant cancer. Here, NFKB1 is linked to cancer.
