TAT and Anxiety: Moreover, Tat-3Y significantly increased the numbers of both unprotected (P < 0.01, sham vs. DPI + Tat-3A; P < 0.05, DPI + Tat-3A vs. DPI + Tat-3Y, Figure 10d) and protected (P < 0.01, sham vs. DPI + Tat-3A; P < 0.05, DPI + Tat-3A vs. DPI + Tat-3Y, Figure 10e) head dips during the EPM test, indicating that LTD blockade treatment indeed has an anxiolytic effect on DPI-induced anxiety.
