FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma: Furthermore, although our study revealed that minimized targeted nanobubbles could bind to prostate cancer cell targets, thus boosting the xenograft signal levels in vivo, future studies will be needed to elucidate the events and mechanisms by which these nanobubbles integrate with the prostate cancer targets and to examine whether these targeted nanobubbles might influence cancer signaling pathways via binding to PSMA.
