Supporting this prediction are the downregulation of the immune response-related gene IgIv1 and the fatty acid binding protein-encoding gene Fabp5 downstream of Nfkb. Interestingly, despite the negative interaction coefficient for Fabp5, the Fabp5 expression level in the tumors of sham mice was always higher compared to that in parenchyma, whereas it remained unaltered in parenchyma and tumor tissues from MS-300 animals. This evidence concerns the gene FABP5 and neoplasm.
