One case (case 1), showed complex cytogenetic changes that are more commonly observed in plasma cell myeloma with extra copies of chromosomes 8, 11, and 17 (40 %) indicating the presence of a hyperploid tumoral clone and was reported as nuc ish (TP53 × 3)[80/200]/(CCND1) × 3 (IGH) × 2 [80/200]/(5′MYC, 3′MYC,5′MYC con 3′MYC) × 3[80/200]. Here, CCND1 is linked to plasma cell myeloma.
