RHOB and neoplasm: Interestingly, we found that the Progression Free Survival (PFS) was significantly shorter in patients whose tumor samples displayed a positive RHOB staining before treatment compared to those with negative RHOB staining (median PFS: 135 days [Interquartile range – IQR: 107; 141] versus 235 days [IQR: 214; 314] respectively; p < 10−3) (Figure 6D and Table S5), with a hazard ratio of short-duration therapeutic response of 10−3 (95% confidence interval – 95% CI: 2 × 10−4; 9 × 10−3).
