CD47 and osteosarcoma: Murine osteosarcoma cell line, LM8 cells and human osteosarcoma cell line, KRIB cells that had been treated with either anti-CD47 Abs (B6H12, 100 μg/ml) or control IgG antibody for 4 days were placed in the upper compartment of an invasion chamber in the presence of either anti-CD47 Abs (100 μg/ml) or IgG antibody.
